How Pigeon Works
A gentle, wireless flow of awareness designed for real‑world caregiving
A Simple, Connected Safety Loop
Pigeon works by linking soft, wearable sensors to a home hub and caregiver devices, creating a quiet, continuous flow of awareness. Every component plays a role — from monitoring, to analyzing, to alerting — so caregivers can stay informed without constant vigilance.
The Pigeon Flow
Step 1 — Gentle Wearable Monitoring
Feather, Pin Feather, and Perch softly track SpO₂ and pulse in real time — without wires, bulk, or clinical equipment.
Step 2 — Instant Telemetry to Nest
The Nest home hub receives data instantly, analyzes thresholds, and keeps quiet watch over the environment.
Step 3 — Clear Alerts to the Caregiver
The Coo handheld device delivers audible alerts, real‑time status, and threshold notifications — simple, direct, and easy to understand.
Step 4 — Partner Awareness Through PAM
The PAM wristband vibrates to notify a partner or secondary caregiver the moment thresholds are breached.
Step 5 — Safe Charging in the Ducket
All sensors recharge in the enclosed Ducket, keeping devices organized, protected, and ready for use.
From One Caregiver to Another
I built Pigeon because caregiving shouldn’t depend on luck, constant vigilance, or fear. Lived experience taught me that the tools caregivers need simply don’t exist in the home — not gentle ones, not intuitive ones, not ones designed for real‑world life. Every component in this ecosystem comes from real needs, real challenges, and real moments where safety mattered. My goal is simple: to give caregivers tools that feel natural, supportive, and quietly protective in the moments that matter most.
